forever if.
We wanted to go up the tower but a ticket cost 38 dollars D: Plus we had to leave in 15-20 minutes, so we decided it wasn’t going to be worth it this time. It’s the Mooncake Festival today! I got home at 9.30pm, everyone already had dinner and was sitting outside snacking on mooncakes and yams, and my uncle-in-law and his twin was lighting lanterns. We need more kids, lmao.
Oh-kay. I’m sleepy. I finished my SMA essay and I’m hoping it’s a D paper but I’m betting it’s barely a C. Would be satisfied if it came back a P, but only because it wasn’t an NP. WTF. Snore. I’m pretending there was never a fictocritical text to write.
I was Marina’s one-(wo)man crew at Estee Lauder’s Walk for World Pink today/night! She got awesome interviews (I wish the event I chose had people this cool organizing it, pffftt) and I got to play with handycams and cameras, AND I got to use my backpack and look all adventurous hiker-ish.
The walk was at the KL Tower and there were loads of pink; pink roses, pink drapes, pink tents, pink shirts, pink posters, everything pink and prettyyy. Then there was the Milo truck which wasn’t pink but was my favorite part of the event. I waved when they drove away and I think the guy waved back but I’m not sure if it was really me they were waving to, lmao. We were standing at the back of the crowd with the bushes and trees to film/photograph the KL Tower lighting. I wasn’t too impressed, ngl. I was expecting it to be completely drenched in bright candy pink, not some pansy purple-y pink, hmph. They had parachuters too, four of them, and they all managed to glide and float down to an exact spot; now that was impressive! ASA should teach me all about that, y/y? Oh, ASA. Jeswant, please have mercy and let me graduate :’(
(So I realized Tumblr’s “add another photo” feature turns them into a slideshow. DNW. Picture of KL Tower in “pink” next post.)
